Progressive Payment Calculator

  • Calculated based on property's purchase price, loan term, annual interest rate, number of properties owned and residency of applicants.
  • Supports Singles, Joint (Married) and Joint (Not Married) purchase types.
  • ABSD is included in the calculation results.
  • Input CPF and cash on hand to get an indication of client's surplus or shortfall or input CPF amount only to know how much cash is needed for the purchase
  • Monthly repayment amount listed based on payment stages
  • Share the calculation with your client via email (ensure that you have an email account set up locally on your device)

Normal Payment Calculator

  • Calculated based on property's purchase price, loan term, annual interest rate, number of properties owned and residency of applicants.
  • Supports Singles, Joint (Married) and Joint (Not Married) purchase types.

Stamp Duty

  • Calculated based on property value, type of purchase - Singles, Joint (Married) and Joint (Not Married), residency of applicants and number of properties owned
  • Supports Buyer, Seller and Tenancy stamp duty calculation
  • Buyer's stamp duty includes ABSD breakdown

TDSR (Total Debt Servicing Ratio)

  • Calculated based on monthly fixed income, variable income, rental income, liquid assets and other assets with pledging options, car loan, mortgage loan, credit cards and other loans
  • Support for up to 2 borrowers with income weighted average age (IWAA). Now with LTV, possible purchase price and estimated minimum cash down payment
  • Provide suggestions to fill TDSR shortfall through pledged liquid/other assets and unpledged liquid/other assets

Property Tax

  • Calculated based on property's AV (Annual Value) and occupation status (owner-occupied, non-owner occupied, as well as commercial/ industrial)
